When you hire a room with us, you’re not just getting a beautiful space. We pride ourselves on our meticulous planning and outstanding customer service.
You have complete power over what you serve your guests, we don’t force you to use a specific caterer. We do, however, work with some great Hamilton-based caterers who use fresh, seasonal ingredients, and sourced locally where possible (sometimes from our own organic garden). Where possible, these caterers also support our commitment to sustainability and fresh, yummy, healthy food. They can also create hearty meals to cater to any dietary requirement.
Or if you’re more DIY-inclined, you can do all the catering yourself. You bring the food, and we supply the plates and cutlery (and we can clean it up as well) – let us know what you’re planning to do on the day and we’ll let you know how we can support you. Or perhaps a BBQ is more your thing? Don’t worry, we’ve got one of those too.

We know the world runs on bandwidth, so we’ve got you sorted. We have the latest Ultra Fast Fibre technology, and for your privacy and security, each meeting room has access to its own secure Wi-Fi network so you can access cloud data quickly and safely.
If you have an ambitious goal for your meeting and need help to achieve it, we can provide an experienced facilitator to guide your meeting, encourage effective participation, and keep you on track to reach your objectives. And we’ll make sure your notes and discussions are recorded.
We can help with everything from flower-booking to minute taking. We can even type up your meeting notes while it’s in progress to help you report outcomes quickly.
If you need your meetings, sessions or event captured our consultancy team at Groundwork Associates can provide our expertise and equipment to ensure high-quality capture. Our partner Any Audio and Visual can provide additional support for complex technical setups. Setup and support are covered in the cost, and if you need it, we’ll arrange additional technical support. We can also live-feed between rooms which is great for marketing and research focus groups.
