The Greenspace is a refreshing alternative to standard venues.  A sensitive addition to a character bungalow, it blends eco-friendly design with high-tech features to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere with all the functionality modern business demands.

We have the space

The Greenspace has three lovely meeting rooms. Our Kauri Room can seat up to 24 in a workshop or presentation setting, or 12 to 14 boardroom style. The smaller Totara and Nikau rooms can be used as meeting or break out rooms.

Conveniently located in central Hamilton, The Greenspace has access to ample parking, a fully-equipped kitchen and opens onto a large covered deck area and attractive garden. Catering can be arranged with your preferred supplier, or choose from our recommendations.

The Greenspace is managed by Groundwork Associates Limited. Groundwork can supply a range of professional skills to help you define your event objectives, design and facilitate a process to achieve your goals and communicate outcomes and messages quickly and effectively.
