The Greenspace is a beautiful meeting venue with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and all the functionality that modern businesses demand. This 1920s bungalow has been tastefully renovated, combining award winning eco-friendly design with high-tech features, to create a relaxing and refreshing meeting environment. Every room is flooded with natural light and fresh air, with views and access to our lush, organic gardens.
The Greenspace has two lovely meeting rooms. Our Kauri Room can cater for up to 40 for non-seated events, 30 theatre style, 24 for a workshop and 14 boardroom-style. The Totara Room can seat 8 to 10 people in a boardroom or u-shaped layout. Need break out space or a reception area? Let us know and we can discuss how the venue’s options can work for you.
The Greenspace is located only 1.5 kilometres from the Hamilton CBD with access to ample free parking.
The Greenspace's cosy, natural interior sports an array of high-tech office features. High-speed internet access? Sure. Data-projector? Check. Audio or web conferencing call? No problem.
Fabulous food (sometimes using produce from our own organic gardens) is an important part of The Greenspace experience. We arrange catering with your preferred supplier, or you can choose from our favourites. Alternatively, you can hire the kitchen and self cater.
